Our Field Staff consists of local experts who are very knowledgeable in their respective areas. These men and women are in the field and on the water year-round, and can also be seen helping promote Pursue The Outdoors at local outdoor shows and seminars.

Calvin Halladay
Calvin was introduced to the outdoors at a very young age by his father, where he grew up hunting the jungles of Oregon's coastal range. There he quickly learned patience as he hunted the elusive Blacktail Deer and Roosevelt Elk.

Matt Thomsen
Matt Thomsen routinely spends over seventy days afield each year during Oregon's hunting seasons. In addition to chasing bear, deer, elk, coyote, waterfowl, upland game, and the occasional sage rat or two, Matt was fortunate enough to draw one of seven annual tags and harvest a Rocky Mountain goat in Oregon in 2008.
